3-5 hours depending on number of participants. Focuses on processing negative emotional experiences in a healthy way. Includes several writing exercises and outlines an ongoing process with mental and physical aspects.

It can be of value to anyone serious about finding greater emotional health through a metaphysical/psychological process. Men tend to do very well because it is a specific, well-defined procedure.
